The goal of this project was to provide a "heads up" display dashboard, based on real time data related to phone calls, mails and ticketing.
The solution provided was based on Elasticsearch and Kibana, customized technically and visually to provide KPI monitoring .

Sofotel, a company specialized in fiber and copper cabling in the south of France, asked us to create a software to handle the following tasks :
- Capture of the current work on a tablet version
- Data processing and sanitization on desktop version
- Creation of customized reports for each project/client

Ineo, a railway design office, contacted us to digitize its verification process. Although he provided initial specifications, this client needed guidance to guarantee the cohesion of the proposed solution with the rest of the workflow and the satisfaction of future users .
